- Major road M-18

- South III, a road connected to the regional road R-17.1

- Access road, leading to the Edible Oil Factory from the regional road R-17.1 from Novi Sad and Subotica

The industrial zone is located in close proximity to the Great Bačka Canal, about 600 m by air, and about 5 km from a military airport with a potential to be transformed into a commercial airport.

The industrial zone is connected to the major road M-18, with two intersections where left turn allows access to the major route. The industrial zone is intersected by the projected bypass (there is an internal traffic route currently in the corridor, marked in the Block 102, 103 Regulation Plan as route S-4).

Available Utility Infrastructure

The industrial zone is supplied with primary gas line, water, sewage, partially built road network, partially resolved stormwater drainage with a closed drain system and with land reclamation canals running through the Industrial Zone.

Electrical Installations - The Industrial zone is supplied from a 20kV line ‘Borovo and 20kV line ‘Selenča 3’ from TS 110/20 kV ‘Sombor 1’. There is a 400 MW transformer station in Sombor territory indicating the possibility to facilitate higher electricity consumption. Currently unused available electric power capacity in the Industrial zone amounts to around 4 MW.

Water Supply - The Industrial zone is supplied with water from a factory ‘Jaroš’ with 200 l/s capacity. From the factory, the water is distributed to the Industrial zone by 500 and 300 mm water mains. There are also 3 deep wells with capacity of 30 lit/s which satisfy the needs for technical water. The pipeline is stretched to distribute water to existing as well as to known future consumers.

Sewerage System - The sewerage system is separate.

Waste water is collected through pipelines and transported to waste water treatment facility (with capacity of 80 000 citizens). There are 800 and 600 mm water mains connecting the Industrial zone with the waste water treatment facility. The pipeline is stretched to existing and known future users.

Stormwater is drained through open canals and pipelines into land reclamation canals within the Industrial zone and, from there, into the Great Bačka Canal.

Investors have the obligation to ensure stormwater drainage into the public drainage network class 2A.

Gas Line - A GMRS has been installed within the Industrial zone. The primary network consists of steel pipes and the gas is delivered through the distribution network consisting of polyethylene pipes.

TT Installations - The location is supplied with a main optical TT cable, as well as with a telephone network for existing subscribers.

Internet - Internet access in the Industrial zone can be provided via ADSL service offered by ‘Telekom Srbija’.
